What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–6 years of hands‑on CloudOps / Cloud Engineering experience, Experience in scripting (Bash or Python), Proficient in Kubernetes cluster operations, Experience managing production environments with troubleshooting capabilities, Good understanding of SQL databases (queries, performance tuning), Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, Practical experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud-native monitoring tools, Experience with cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices, Experience with vulnerability management, security controls, and audit processes, Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release, Asset Management), Familiar with modern AI tools and ability to leverage them for improving operational efficiency
Nice to Have
Azure administration (preferred), AWS or GCP is a plus, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104) or higher, AWS/GCP certifications (good to have), FinOps Practitioner Certification (added advantage)
