Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to help operate and continuously improve the cloud platforms that power Juvare’s mission-critical enterprise resilience solutions. In this role, you’ll own day-to-day cloud operations and service reliability for regional clients and global environments, partnering across Engineering, Security, and customer teams to coordinate deployments, incidents, and escalations across multiple time zones. Location Melbourne, AU Wellington, NZ Must Have Strong experience with AWS and Azure, with a cloud-agnostic mindset Strong database operations experience (backup/restore, replication, performance tuning, access management) Strong experience with Terraform CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab, GitHub) Strong experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/Fargate, AKS, EKS) Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch) Exposure to security tooling (WAF, SIEM, vulnerability management) Experience in production operations (incident response, on-call, RCA) Strong understanding of networking, security, and system design Ability to support multiple SaaS products and environments Nice to Have Multi-cloud or hybrid architecture experience Cost optimization and performance tuning Experience supporting global deployments across time zones Jira / Confluence experience Senior level experience with Okta, including workflows, application integrations, SSO/MFA, lifecycle management, and identity automation Strong customer-facing communication skills Ability to support regional clients and esc
