What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps engineering, with proven ability to design and operate secure CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications, integrating automated testing, deployment, and security controls., skills in IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent technologies., Experience in developing secure automation solutions in Azure, GCP, or hybrid environments using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bash, or Python., Experience in embedding security into pipelines and cloud deployments, including secrets management, code scanning, dependency validation, vulnerability management, and policy enforcement., Familiarity with modern monitoring, logging, and security telemetry tools, integrating them into automated workflows., Security-by-design: experience applying DevSecOps principles and secure engineering practices across infrastructure and application delivery., Good understanding of IAM, secure configuration baselines, workload protection, and governance controls across cloud environments., Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, operations, security, and business stakeholders., Experience in identifying inefficiencies, weaknesses, and control gaps, and implementing automation to improve operational excellence and secure delivery., verbal and writing skills in English and Greek
