What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in health care or scientific discipline, 7 years clinical research/monitoring experience, Consolidated knowledge of Project management practices, Good knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, Broad protocol knowledge and therapeutic knowledge, Good understanding of Clinical Research industry, Understanding of project finances, Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, Skill in applying ICH and GCP, Good software and computer skills, Microsoft Office applications proficiency

Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects
Ensure recruitment targets are met
Develop project risk mitigation plan
Manage clinical risks
Ensure clinical quality delivery
Manage clinical aspects of Project Finances
Create plans to deliver scope
Monitor changes against Estimate at Completion
Identify additional service opportunities
Work as primary Clinical Lead
Identify clinical stakeholder landscape
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with clinical team
Support milestone achievements
Report to stakeholders
Resourcing and Talent Planning of clinical team
Manage clinical team at project level
Establish high-quality operational plans
Provide project related trainings
Conduct regular team meetings
Communicate appropriately
Provide feedback to line managers
Adopt corporate initiatives
Serve as change advocate
Contribute to clinical delivery strategy
Participate in bid defense preparations
Develop Clinical Operation plan
Present Clinical Operation plan
Mentor and coach new peers
