This customer-facing role is responsible for translating study protocols into high-quality study builds and serving as the product subject matter expert to both the Evinova study team and our customers. You will operate at the intersection of product expertise and study execution for our customers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize clinical trial delivery and ensure exceptional outcomes. In addition, you will work alongside our product team, providing valuable input on feature development and enhancements that support our mission to deliver market-leading digital health solutions. This role will serve as the product subject matter expert within the Delivery organization, ensuring accurate study design and configuration for clinical trials.
