Must Have
3+ years experience in client/customer support, account operations, or enterprise support environments, Veterinary hospital experience required, Written communication skills, Ability to draft clear customer-facing messages and follow-ups, Highly organized with attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Excellent problem-solving skills, Ability to troubleshoot customer issues independently, Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools, Sound judgment when prioritizing requests, Determine when escalation is required

What You'll Do.
Be primary point-of-contact for enterprise inquiries
and manage support inbox
Ensure timely responses and resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve first line issues
Escalate complex issues with clear context
Maintain queue health
Ensure proper ticket routing
Maintain internal trackers
Investigate complex scenarios
Coordinate cross-functional support
Maintain Hubspot for documentation
Track and report on support trends

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate cross-functional support with Operations, Product, Billing, and Customer Support; Partner with Customer Support and internal teams
