Must Have
5 years of experience in a client-facing role, Experience in key or enterprise-level accounts, Owned commercial targets such as revenue retention, upsell quotas, or account growth goals

Experience working with enterprise-level clients in agency, or creator tech

Oversee and execute campaigns for strategic accounts
Run program kick-off calls
Finalize program briefs
Build creator rosters
Schedule content creation
Lead post-campaign reviews
Manage multiple programs simultaneously
Identify process inefficiencies
Implement improvements
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Media, Analytics, and Strategy; Collaborate with Client Partners on account renewal and growth; Collaborate with peers and Team Manager; Partner closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders; Collaborate with Sales on customer growth
