What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in Client Success, Relationship Management, Account Management or a similar client facing commercial role, experience managing and growing existing client relationships, Proven ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive account growth within an existing portfolio, Experience working with strategic or complex client accounts, Excellent relationship building and communication skills with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders, organisational, analytical and planning skills, Comfortable working cross functionally across multiple teams and priorities
Nice to Have
Payments, fintech or travel industry experience is highly preferred, Fluent in English plus Spanish and / or Italian is highly preferred, Experience with Salesforce, GSuite, Jira, Slack, Looker and Smartsheet is a plus
What You'll Do.
Build and maintain relationships with existing Travel clients
Manage a portfolio of mid market and strategic Travel accounts
Develop account plans focused on retention
client engagement and commercial growth
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Partner with clients to understand business goals
Act as a trusted advisor
Provide clients with reporting
analytics and strategic recommendations
Support onboarding best practices
Gather and communicate client feedback
Lead and manage multiple client initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Implementation, Product and Support teams; Work cross functionally with Sales, Product, Support and Implementation teams; Collaborate with internal teams; Work across multiple teams and priorities

Excellent relationship building and communication skills; Engage credibly with senior stakeholders
