What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience in client success, account management, project coordination, or similar client-facing roles. Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and/or Amplitude (or willingness to quickly gain expertise). Excellent understanding of commercial and legal documentation including SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, and contract change management. Technical aptitude with experience using enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and similar tools. Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with stakeholder management capabilities. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

Background in project management or operational coordination is highly advantageous.

What You'll Do.
