What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in data operations, data integration, technical client support, or similar roles. Hands-on experience with SFTP/MFT systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and documentation of file transfer specifications. Proven ability to manage complex client integrations and communicate technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ownership mindset with a clear focus on data quality, accuracy, and downstream impact. Experience driving process improvements and standardization initiatives in data or integration workflows. analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process rigor. Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Exposure to data tooling such as SQL, dbt, or BI platforms (e. g. , Looker) is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare or digital health ecosystems and client data configuration tools is preferred.
What You'll Do.
Serve as the senior technical point of contact for client and vendor data exchanges, including SFTP/MFT setup, file transfer configuration, and protocol alignment.
Define, document, and enforce data exchange requirements.
Lead onboarding of new client data feeds.
Own inbound data quality, ensuring all client files are complete, accurate, timely, and fully compliant with defined specifications.
Establish and enforce data quality standards and acceptance criteria.
Monitor ongoing file exchanges to detect issues, performance degradation, or SLA risks, and coordinate timely resolution.
Identify trends in data quality issues and proactively collaborate with client technical teams to resolve root causes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all integrations, data specifications, dictionaries, and known issues.
Partner with engineering, product, and analytics teams to understand downstream impact and prioritize data improvements.
Identify and drive opportunities for standardization, automation, and process optimization across client integrations.
Collaborate closely with client success teams to ensure alignment between data operations and client commitments.
