cleanroom and/or semiconductor background, structured work, detailed documentation, close collaboration with cross-functional teams, organizational and analytical skills to manage complex logistics operations, Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with suppliers and carriers, Proficiency in logistics software and tools for tracking shipments and managing inventory, Problem-solving abilities to address challenges in the supply chain effectively
What You'll Do.

work across critical production and inspection steps
support continuous process reliability
contribute to a culture of precision and operational excellence
Oversee and coordinate all logistics operations
and monitoring of supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations
negotiating contracts and rates
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure that products are available when needed while minimizing excess inventory
Analyze logistics data to identify trends
and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the transportation process
ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
Prepare and maintain detailed logistics documentation
including shipping records
and compliance documentation
Supervise and mentor logistics staff
providing guidance and support to ensure that team members meet performance goals and adhere to best practices
Lead logistics projects aimed at improving efficiency
such as implementing new technologies or processes to streamline operations
