What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Post-secondary education, working towards a CIP/FCIP designation, A comprehensive understanding of property claims, Previous leadership experience, Proven track record in performance management and career development of others, Excellent communication skills, ability to engage, advocate and influence others at all levels of the organization, Technically savvy, curious, creative, strategic thinker, use that ability to gain insight from data to improve the performance of your people
Nice to Have
leadership experience, preferably in the insurance industry, Project management experience or related studies
