Must Have
Proven experience handling large and complex claims across the relevant lines of business - from insurer, broking, or loss adjusting background, Considerable experience of client facing negotiations and settlement of contentious claims, Experience operating in ‘lead’ position and able to contribute to and influence strategy, Excellent communication skills, confident engaging senior internal and external stakeholders, Experience managing large loss reporting and presenting to senior management
Nice to Have
Experience of mentoring and coaching with opportunity to develop management skills, Familiarity with ECF and claims management systems (eg Docosoft), Progress towards or completion of ACII (or equivalent qualification)
