What You'll Do.
Handle claims from first notification
Assess policy and legal liability
Perform quantum analysis
Ensure timely and accurate settlement
Communicate developments and outcomes
Provide high service level to clients
Follow Best Practices for claims handling
Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
Communicate internally and externally with stakeholders
Contribute to Best Practice procedures for marine claims
Handle marine claims within authorization level
Provide feedback on claims trends
Build and maintain strong relationships
Attend claims discussions
Support Marine Claims Manager
Support ad-hoc projects
Manage daily operational relationship/QA issues
Provide technical guidance and coaching
