Must Have
University degree in Engineering, Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering design, project management, or business development within the municipal sector, Demonstrated expertise in transportation infrastructure design and delivery, Experience leading and managing teams of professionals, analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented mindset, Exceptional communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, Proven organizational capabilities, flexible, solution-driven approach to challenges, Fluency in both written and spoken English, A valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle
Nice to Have
Ing. or P. Eng. designation, Familiarity with rail and transit projects, French

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Lead and manage civil / utilities components within multidisciplinary project teams; Coordination with transportation, dry utilities, and other infrastructure disciplines; Provide mentorship and resolve conflicts to maintain efficiency and collaboration; Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Exceptional communication skills; Fluency in both written and spoken English
