Must Have
University degree in Engineering, Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering design, project management, or business development within the municipal sector, Demonstrated expertise in transportation infrastructure design and delivery, Experience leading and managing teams of professionals, analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities, Exceptional communication skills, Proven organizational capabilities, Fluency in both written and spoken English, A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Nice to Have
Ing. or P. Eng. designation, Familiarity with rail and transit projects, French

Support overall success of Major Projects
Oversee team performance
Lead civil / utilities components of major projects
Advance projects from concept to construction
Prepare technical designs
Pursue new business opportunities
Lead RFQ and RFP proposals
Manage project budgets
Develop strategies to expand market presence
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Lead civil and wet utilities components within multidisciplinary project teams; Coordination with transportation, dry utilities, and other infrastructure disciplines; Provide mentorship and resolve conflicts; Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Exceptional communication skills; Build and maintain relationships
