Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Professional Engineer (PE) license in California, Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project design and management, Proven track record in business development and client relationship management, Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations, Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite, Mathematical and analytical skills for advanced civil design engineering, Demonstrated experience in managing project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation, Excellent leadership abilities, Superior written and verbal communication skills, Ability to think innovatively, Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, Adaptability to changing project requirements and industry trends
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred
What You'll Do.
Oversee and manage multiple civil engineering projects
Ensure adherence to quality standards
