## Description Our client is a civil and environmental engineering consulting firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality water resources and infrastructure projects. With offices in San Antonio, TX, and Easton, PA, they specialize in dam design, rehabilitation, and safety evaluations, along with other water-related infrastructure projects. They are seeking a highly experienced and self-sufficient Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead and grow their Easton, PA office. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role, taking over an existing portfolio of dam projects while also driving business development and expanding our presence in the region. ## Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Easton, PA office with oversight from company leadership based in San Antonio. Take over and manage ongoing dam-related projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Develop new business opportunities in dam safety, rehabilitation, and water resources. Serve as the primary technical expert for dam-related projects, including inspections, design, permitting, and compliance. Maintain and build relationships with local and regional clients, regulatory agencies, and industry partners. Provide mentorship and leadership for the Easton office team. Handle basic office management duties with support from the San Antonio administrative staff. ## Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Minimum 15 years of experience in water resources engineering, with a strong focus on dams (design, rehabilitation, safety inspections, permitting, and compliance). Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including client interactions, budgets, and regulatory approvals. Experience in business development and client relationship management within the engineering sector.
