Must Have
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas, Residence in or near Austin, TX, Proven track record of driving business growth and market expansion in civil engineering, Flexible and broad technical skills across civil infrastructure disciplines, Comprehensive understanding of public infrastructure funding—federal, state, and local, Deep knowledge of municipal and utility landscapes in the Austin area, Minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including team leadership and project management, Ability to build, develop, and guide engineering teams to achieve targeted business outcomes, Confident public communicator who can represent SEH to Councils, Boards, Associations, Background check
Nice to Have
Spanish bilingual, Eight (8) years of hands-on experience as a high-performing civil engineer, Private/Industrial entitlement experience, Established partner network

Serve as technical lead on civil engineering projects

Support launch and growth of Austin office
and mentor civil engineers
