Must Have
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas, Residence in or near Austin, TX, with regional connections, Proven track record of driving business growth and market expansion in civil engineering, Flexible and broad technical skills across civil infrastructure disciplines, Comprehensive understanding of public infrastructure funding—federal, state, and local, Deep knowledge of municipal and utility landscapes in the Austin area, Minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including team leadership and project management, Ability to build, develop, and guide engineering teams to achieve targeted business outcomes, Confident public communicator who can represent SEH to Councils, Boards, Associations, All offers of employment for this position are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check which meets company standards., The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U. What You'll Do.
Serve as a technical lead on multidisciplined civil engineering projects across Texas
especially in the greater Austin area.
Lead the expansion of SEH’s local public market presence
supporting the launch and growth of SEH’s Austin office and services.
and mentor a team of civil engineers dedicated to excellence and innovation.
Foster collaborative relationships within SEH
sharing expertise and supporting client solutions.
Communicate SEH’s civil engineering capabilities to prospective and current clients
establishing new market opportunities.
Develop and strengthen connections with key municipal and utility clients
nurturing trust and long-term partnerships.
Identify and pursue federal
and local funding opportunities that enable client success and SEH’s business growth.
