7+ years' experience in civil drafting, Proficiency in MicroStation, 12D and/or AutoCAD, Proven experience producing drawings aligned with TMR and Australian Standards, Ability to work independently on complex drafting tasks

Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering

Produce high-quality civil drawings
Produce high-quality documentation
Interpret engineering designs
Develop accurate drawings
Undertake civil modelling
Coordinate drawings with multidisciplinary teams
Coordinate models with multidisciplinary teams
Support clash detection
Support model integration
Support design coordination
Liaise with engineers
Liaise with project managers
Liaise with external stakeholders
Provide technical guidance
Mentoring junior drafters
Ensure outputs align with Australian Standards
Ensure outputs align with TMR requirements
Ensure outputs align with KBR procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
