What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years of hands-on campaign execution experience, Proficiency in SFMC (Email Studio) and Adobe Content Management System (AEM) for content assembly, Experience using Litmus or Email on Acid for rendering and link testing, Ability to run pre-built SQL queries and perform basic segmentation, Expert in Jira, Workfront, or similar Agile project management platforms
Nice to Have
Basic HTML/CSS for minor template tweaks, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification, Experience with A test setup within an ESP

Executes and QA's standardized channel marketing campaigns (email

Executes simple SQL queries and uses platform segmentation tools to retrieve and segment campaign target audiences
Follows established workflows
diligently updating task status in project management tools (Jira/Workfront) and escalating complex technical issues
Contributes to the maintenance of the team's knowledge base by accurately documenting routine deployment steps
and common troubleshooting solutions
Conducts thorough pre-deployment quality assurance (QA) checks

Collaborates with L3/L4 specialists for technical issues; Escalates blockers early to the CMS 4 or MOS 3
