What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree required, 3+ years of work experience in risk management, operational risk, change risk, audit, compliance, or process/control design required, Experience in process mapping required, understanding of risk and control frameworks, understanding of change management principles, Experience representing risk on business or technology projects
Nice to Have
Experience with data analytics (Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, Python, or similar), Exposure to business process automation, Exposure to workflow tools, Exposure to process reengineering, Financial services experience
What You'll Do.
Represent FCC Risk Management on projects
Analyze proposed changes
Identify risk exposures
Document required mitigations
Provide constructive challenges
Develop effective solutions
Ensure timely implementation
Communicate risk implications
Lead administrative aspects of Change Risk process
Ensure project risk ratings are completed
Uphold adherence to risk policies
Support enterprise efforts to automate business processes
Identify opportunities for automation
Partner with teams leading automation initiatives
Conduct thematic risk assessments
Develop reporting and dashboards
