Nice to Have
Formal change certification, Experience in retail, operations, infrastructure, or large enterprise transformations, Exposure to phased rollouts and post-implementation support

Lead change strategy and delivery

Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
Translate process and system changes into guidance
Design and deliver engagement
