The primary objective of this role is to capture and maintain Arlo’s devices and services project requirements in the Company’s product data management systems, including Oracle Agile, Salesforce and ServiceNow, so that the most up-to-date and accurate product specification, project timeline and requirements are maintained per internal control and audit requirement. You would be responsible for the lifecycle data generation and critical change/information highlight of assigned product/projects. Pro-activeness, being detail-oriented, curiosity, ability to work independently and strong cross functional collaboration are some key success factor for this role. Experience in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle management, or any other scalable product lifecycle management system is a big plus. Specific responsibilities include the following:- * Use AgileCM for everyday operations, maintenance and product data change control. * Setup item master, create product BOMs based on input from product marketing and engineering. * Collect, scan and upload NPI deliverables following set procedures to meet project milestone. * Write Agile Change Orders, Change Requests, Stop Orders, and Deviation
