Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Act as the lead technical owner for Certinia PSA Cloud, defining solution design standards and ensuring scalable architecture across the platform. Configure and maintain core PSA modules including projects, milestones, resource scheduling, time tracking, billing, and revenue forecasting. Develop and manage Salesforce-based configurations including Flows, automation rules, role hierarchy, field-level security, and reporting dashboards. Ensure data integrity across PSA systems, including project records, resource allocations, utilization metrics, and time/expense data. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable PSA solutions aligned with operational and financial goals. Support system enhancements, releases, UAT cycles, and change management activities for PSA-related functionality. Provide ongoing troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure platform stability and scalability. Stay current with Certinia releases and proactively recommend improvements and new feature adoption. Requirements: 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform in a senior administrator or consultant capacity. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA, including configuration and implementation of PSA modules. Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, including Flows, security model, data model, and reporting capabilities. Deep understanding of PSA concepts such as project financials, resource management, utilization, and revenue forecasting. Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification and PSA System Administration certification are required. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve complex system and data issues. Experience working in SaaS or services organizations with exposure to scalable PSA environments.
