Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or related, 8+ years of consumer insights/market research experience, Proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Experience managing external research agencies and budgets
Nice to Have
Master’s degree is a plus, FMCG or Oral Care experienced preferred

Lead End-to-End Research on Oral Health brands

Advocate consumer insights to inspire brand strategy
Digital analytics and insight generation capability
Manage research agencies and tools
Synthesize complex data into narratives
Act as the voice of the consumer

Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross function teams; embed consumer insights into strategy and execution
