What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Experience with Market & Competitor Analysis, Assortment Planning and Commercial Execution Experience, Being data-driven, Proven track record of driving initiatives from strategy to execution, Ability to communicate and partner effectively amongst different levels of the organization

Execute category strategy across all PSS Category portfolios
Guide NPD process to align with brand direction
Provide feedback on prioritization of product development projects
Assess competitive positioning
Identify opportunities
Understand market dynamics
Transform market intelligence into actionable insights
Drive category growth initiatives
Inform product prioritization
Build optimized and impactful launch plans
Manage product life cycle
Analyze low/negative margin
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Facilitate organizational change initiatives
Report business performance
Provide financial analysis by category
Deliver Category education
Communicate strategy with cross-functional teams
Act as point of contact for product launch
Lead operational alignment across team
Ensure product availability and readiness
Manage and mentor category analysts
Provide guidance on deliverables
Coordinate with regional teams on product development initiatives
Coordinate marketing strategy
Coordinate life cycle management opportunities
