What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–3 years of experience in sales, customer business development, category management, or analytics-driven roles, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, comfort working in data-rich environments, Proven leadership, ownership mindset, a bias for action, Clear, confident communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Based in Toronto
Nice to Have
Experience with tools such as Nielsen Analytics, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms is a asset, Experience with shelf or space planning software (e.g. , JDA Space Planning) is an asset, Passion for digital commerce, automation, and continuous learning

Advise Walmart buyer on product assortment
Design shelving planograms using shopper insights
Advise on assortment productivity and space optimization
Drive thought leadership on shelving executions
Shape digital experience on Walmart.ca
Recommend online assortment
and digital merchandising
Apply online behavior insights to category strategy
Automate key Category Development processes
Identify opportunities to simplify
Modernize category insights delivery
Generate insights from data sources
Translate data into actionable recommendations
Support ad-hoc analysis and competitive assessments
Strengthen strategic partnerships
