Must Have

Prior experience of handling a high volume of cases, effectively managing competing work streams, Proven experience in developing and supporting project strategies, identifying key risks, implementing mitigation plans, structuring projects into clear and relevant work streams, Demonstrable experience in managing documents and evidence, ensuring accuracy, organisation and compliance throughout the process, understanding of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, Regulated Activities Order, understanding of the FCA’s structure, principles and responsibilities, Good knowledge of the crypto sector, FCA risk framework, Ability to assess complex, data‑heavy information with clarity, using sound judgement, explaining decisions confidently, Experienced in managing a demanding workload, balancing priorities, maintaining accuracy when deadlines are tight, Skilled in writing clear, concise summaries, drafting straightforward documents, communicating technical points in an accessible way, Skilled in research, gather, structure and evaluate information, identify next steps, Open to learning, taking initiative, contributing ideas to support continuous improvement, Effective at creating positive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, acknowledging diverse perspectives, contributing across teams
