Must Have
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
What You'll Do.
Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit
Support with clinical duties
Accurate record keeping
Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants
Responsible for all shift handovers
Help with training and supervision of new staff
Build relationships with residents
Assist residents with personal care duties
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Supporting the nurse with clinical duties; Building relationships with external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
