Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial statement preparation and regulatory reporting. Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external service providers to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Oversee reporting cycles and ensure all deliverables are completed within strict deadlines and quality standards. Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders to support effective captive operations and issue resolution. Monitor multiple competing priorities and ensure efficient portfolio management across assigned accounts. Identify discrepancies, resolve reporting issues, and ensure accuracy and consistency in all financial documentation. Support continuous improvement in reporting processes, tools, and client service delivery. Requirements: Prior experience in accounting, financial reporting, and/or captive insurance management. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw accurate conclusions. Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality of work. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Demonstrated adaptability, efficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all aspects of work. Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
