## Accountabilities Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, target audience needs, and revenue objectives. Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including strategy development, planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting. Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and customer upsell initiatives designed to increase engagement, demand generation, and customer growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, content, and digital marketing to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness. Oversee the creation and delivery of campaign assets such as landing pages, email campaigns, advertising creatives, videos, and supporting content. Serve as a strategic liaison between marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, account targeting, and campaign objectives. Support business development and sales enablement efforts through the creation of messaging frameworks, email templates, call scripts, and automated workflows. Manage campaign budgets and resource allocation to maximize return on investment and marketing effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results. Conduct testing and experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, to enhance conversion rates and audience engagement. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to continuously improve marketing strategies. Mentor and support junior marketing professionals while promoting collaboration and high-performance standards.
