What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of hands-on experience across digital media and campaign management experience across multiple digital channels including Programmatic Display, Video, Paid Social, Paid Search, Retail Media, or Audio, Experience managing large-scale, fast-paced, or enterprise-level accounts, operational and strategic mindset with the ability to balance execution, team oversight, client management, and business priorities, Ability to manage competing priorities, bandwidth, and workflow across multiple accounts and stakeholders, Excellent communication and client relationship management skills, troubleshooting, QA, pacing, and optimisation capabilities, Comfortable navigating ambiguity and supporting evolving team structures in high-growth environments, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments and regions, A technical and analytical mindset with attention to detail, Experience with major buying platforms and reporting tools

Nice to Have

Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members, including Campaign Managers, (Senior) Digital Marketing Analysts, or offshore support teams, Experience working in agency, in-house, or hybrid client environments preferred, Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure

What You'll Do.

Lead day-to-day client relationships across key accounts

Drive campaign planning

Build relationships with key media and technology partners (e. g. Google

Drive cross-functional collaboration between Activation

and Client Services teams

Develop quarterly business reviews

and client-facing strategic recommendations as a true stewardess of the brand

Provide thought leadership to team of platform experts and provide clear

concise performance analysis and insights across channels including Display

Serve as a mentor to junior team members and help foster a collaborative

high-performing team culture

Help establish and improve operational workflows

and team best practices to act as an escalation point

Comfortable operating in fast faced environments

collaborating across regional and offshore tactical teams

Work collaboratively with office leadership layer to support broader account and company initiatives
