What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CAA development within CATIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE, Basic 3D modeling skills in CATIA including Part Design and Surface Design, VBA scripting for automation, 3D modeling skills in CATIA
Nice to Have
electrical harness automation and drawing generation, client-facing roles, project management skills with the ability to manage end-to-end delivery
What You'll Do.
Develop and customize applications using CAA in the 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA (V6) platform
and maintain CAD automation tools to enhance engineering productivity
Work within the Dassault Systèmes environment
ensuring compliance with platform standards and best practices
Gather client requirements and conduct technical analysis to define development scope and architecture
Translate client requests into actionable technical plans and documented specifications
Develop and maintain VBA scripts for CAD automation and process improvements
Automate 3D wire harness models into circuit diagrams and electrical drawings
Support automation related to Circuit Tables
and Harness Layout Drawings
Create solutions for generating harness layout drawings from 3D wire harness models
and performance optimization of developed tools
Prepare and present Proof of Concept (POC) solutions using PowerPoint or demo videos
Conduct “Voice of Customer” surveys to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities
Develop project plans
and commit to delivery timelines with high quality
Provide post-deployment support and manage enhancements or issue resolution
Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 developers while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
