What You'll Do.
Forecast and manage supply plans
Own the Procure-to-Pay process
Maintain high data integrity
Partner with Engineering
Serve as a connective tissue
Identify and mitigate supplier risks
Proactively resolve or escalate supplier issues
and report OTIF performance
Monitor supplier delivery performance
Develop and maintain reporting
Communicate OTIF performance
Partner with Supply Chain
Identify Excess & Obsolescence
Develop and execute phase-in/phase-out strategies
Own supply allocation strategies
Lead and maintain Clear-to-Build processes
Partner with Production and GSSMs
and publish material cost models
Partner with Finance and Strategic Sourcing
Build and enhance scalable procurement tools
Drive continuous improvement

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Buyer at Biofire, you’ll play a critical role ensuring that our Supply Chain is positioned for long-term success - where winning means we have the right plans, Suppliers and material readiness to meet scaling production and evolving New Product Introduction (NPI) requirements. You will own the operational planning needed to ensure material availability across the entire Product Development lifecycle -
