Must Have
4+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field (equivalent work experience accepted), understanding of procurement processes, contract terms, supplier negotiations, and commercial risk management, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, Comfortable supporting global teams across different time zones
Nice to Have
Experience supporting technology-related procurement activities including software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, or professional services categories, Hands-on experience with a P2P procurement system (Coupa preferred), Experience in a global or multinational company, Experience with contract review and administration

Execute sourcing and purchasing activities
Manage the full purchase order lifecycle
Support vendor onboarding
Ensure procurement policy compliance
Support sourcing and procurement activities
Manage competitive bidding events
Obtain and evaluate competitive quotes
Support vendor onboarding
Review and process procurement requests
Assist in contract administration
Build and maintain working relationships with suppliers
Resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies
Generate procurement reports and spend data
Identify opportunities for process improvement
