Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain, 5+ years purchasing/commodity management experience, 3+ years purchasing/commodity mgt. software, Experience negotiating terms and purchasing agreements, Ability to work in highly matrixed environment, Ability to work within a team, Ability to work as individual contributor, Ability to leverage others to accomplish projects, Verbal and written communications, Ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels
