What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of progressive experience in strategy, business intelligence, analytics, or management consulting, Proven track record in data analytics within a commercial setting, working with dashboards and analytical frameworks, Strategic analysis experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership decision-making with data-driven recommendations, Financial modelling skills — business cases, ROI analyses, and scenario models that stand up to CFO scrutiny, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and hands-on BI tool experience (building dashboards, not just consuming them), Statistical analysis capability — regression, correlation, significance testing, and experimentation design, Cross-functional collaboration experience, influencing outcomes across departments through insights and analysis

Serve as analytical partner to the Head of Business Management and GM on strategic initiatives
Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence
Lead business case development for new products
and market expansion initiatives
Own pricing strategy and optimisation across the product portfolio
Conduct margin analysis and profitability modelling
Track competitive pricing dynamics and recommend responsive adjustments
Monitor and analyse partnership performance
Build partnership scorecards and KPIs
Identify partnership optimisation opportunities
Own the analytical foundation for M-KOPA Ghana's entire business
Drive a data-driven decision-making culture
