What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 plus years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, Bachelors or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business, expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design, Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reporting), Proven ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories, Experience working in cross-functional enterprise environments, understanding of Salesforce data model and platform capabilities, Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g. , SAP)
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and Channel /Customer Rebates programs: Claims processing, approvals, fund allocation, and Integration with finance systems for accruals and payouts, Experience with indirect channel programs, partner portals, or Experience Cloud, Familiarity with pricing, promotions, and incentive management processes, Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Business Analyst), Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to drive digital transformation across our revenue operations landscape. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Channel to design and deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
