As WHOOP expands into new markets and customer segments, this role will play a critical part in optimizing how orders, inventory, and fulfillment data flows between WHOOP and its wholesale partners.  You’ll be a key contributor in evolving the technology and processes that support wholesale operations, balancing strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of operational workflows, partner enablement, and financial accuracy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.   *This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.* RESPONSIBILITIES: - - Autonomously partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and external partners to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Manage and improve business-critical operational systems including ERP, MRP, warehouse management, transportation management, inventory, and demand & supply planning platforms. - Conceive, design, build, test, deploy, and support solutions related to inventory movement, fulfillment, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and operational reporting. - Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment, execution, and accountability across technical and business teams. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency across systems and workflows. - Collaborate with internal Engineering teams and external vendors on integrations, APIs, automations, and system enhancements. - Define and execute user acceptance testing, training
