All that's missing is you. We’re growing and our IT department is looking for a creative and talented **Business Systems Analyst **to join the team. You are our ideal candidate if you have strong analytical skills, great abilities to develop solid relationships with business and technical stakeholders, as well as the ability to balance business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability. But first, a little about us. ### Responsibilities In this position, you will partner with a team of developers to plan, design, configure, test, launch and integrate efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. You will identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Finally, the individual will recommend and maintain an applications roadmap, identifying areas of system gaps and redundancy, recommending timelines for the evolution of the associated business systems.
