Must Have
4+ years of experience with Workday integrations, Experience integrating Workday with systems such as: ADP / global payroll vendors, Experience integrating Workday with systems such as: Okta/identity management, Experience integrating Workday with systems such as: Greenhouse / ATS, Experience integrating Workday with systems such as: Benefits providers, Experience integrating Workday with systems such as: Finance systems, Experience with XML, Experience with JSON, Experience with CSV, Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, Experience with SFTP, SQL and data analysis skills
Nice to Have
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or tools applied to data workflows, Experience with HR data governance, Experience working with or supporting AI-enabled data platforms, pipelines, or analytics tools, Exposure to tools like Python, Exposure to tools like dbt, Exposure to modern data platforms, 2+ years of experience working with a Workday implementation partner
