What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, 5+ years of Salesforce administration or platform management experience, knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Experience with system integrations, Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, Experience building and optimizing approval workflows, Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system and process solutions, Experience supporting cross-functional business systems in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting CRM and business operations systems in a high-growth environment, Experience with workflow automation, release management, and system change governance, Familiarity with operational workflows across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams, Experience with Jira, Confluence, Outlookail integrations, or customer support platforms, Experience improving business process efficiency, controls, and reporting visibility, Semiconductor, hardware, or enterprise technology industry experience is a plus
