What They're Looking For.
Must Have
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance, FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's, FOUR (4) years experience in military, consulting, finance, or related field.
Nice to Have
Experience in business process design, process improvement, consulting, or a related role., facilitation skills and experience leading client workshops or working sessions., Excellent written and verbal communication skills., Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools., analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in documentation and follow‑up.
What You'll Do.

Analyze workflows to identify gaps
and opportunities for improvement.
Develop process design recommendations
and implementation plans.
Work directly with clients to understand operational needs and gather business requirements.
Document and distribute meeting minutes
and decisions from client sessions.
Support and facilitate high‑visibility meetings and working sessions.
Collaborate with consulting team members to align process recommendations with broader project goals.
Support ongoing communication and coordination related to process changes and improvements.
