We are actively seeking passionate, collaborative, energetic, and forward-thinking individuals to join our team. ## JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and improve operational workflows, SOPs, and process documentation Support AS9100 process standardization and operational audit readiness initiatives Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across Supply Chain Operations Improve operational alignment between systems including ERP/MRP, inventory, manufacturing, and procurement workflows Support training standardization and onboarding documentation across operational teams Help define operational KPIs, ownership models, escalation paths, and process governance Partner cross-functionally to improve operational consistency and workflow execution Support process improvement initiatives tied to inventory accuracy, procurement execution, planning alignment, and manufacturing operations Assist with operational reporting, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement efforts ## JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 8-12 years of experi
