Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or a related field, 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, audit, or consulting within a manufacturing company (B2B environment), stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders, Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with financial data and models, Experience with financial systems and tools such as SAP, TM1/IBM, and Power BI, analytical mindset and attention to detail, Ability to understand business drivers and translate data into insights, communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment, Curiosity, proactivity, confidence to challenge assumptions
