What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, corporate development, or a related field, analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking ability to distill complexity into actionable insights, Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and execute with a hands-on, action-oriented mindset, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders, interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels and functions
Nice to Have
Experience in technology, SaaS, payments, or FinTech environments is highly preferred, Previous experience in Education or Hospitality/Travel industries is a plus, Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or in investment banking/private equity is a plus, MBA preferred but not required, A passion for innovation, technology, and helping scale a global business
What You'll Do.
Support evaluation of new business opportunities
including new verticals
through market analysis
and competitive research
Develop clear recommendations for strategic initiatives by assessing alternatives
building business cases
and identifying actions required to implement proposed solutions
Synthesize insights and present findings to senior leadership in a clear
and compelling manner
Drive operational and revenue optimization initiatives
working with cross-functional teams to improve business models
Enable alignment on strategic priorities across key business functions (e.g.
Lead and support elements of the annual and quarterly planning processes
ensuring teams are aligned on goals
Build financial impact assessments that capture expected benefits (e.g.
cost efficiencies) and required investments
Maintain a understanding of industry trends
and emerging opportunities in the global payments and FinTech ecosystem
Partner cross-functionally to drive projects from analysis through execution
