Boeing Global Services Senior Business Operations Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a **Senior Business Operations Specialist** to join our Quality & EHS Business Operations team. This position could be located at one of the following locations:**Seattle, WA or San Antonio, TX.** In this position you will serve as the business integrator for the Quality Leader, acting as a proactive partner and ensuring a unified operating rhythm. **Position Responsibilities:** * Manage, facilitate and support day-to-day operations and meetings * Deliver outcomes while working in a fast-paced, high visibility and dynamic environment * Develop and coordinate metrics, presentations and content that will be shared with senior leaders and customers * Identify risk and opportunity potential to develop mitigation plans and present plans to leaders to gain approval * Assists in the development and integration of projects, strategies, and processes to meet business goals. * Track actions to resolution and drive improvements for the business * Manages, updates, and improves operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Teams, Outlook, etc.) **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * 5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion * 5+ years of years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data * 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers * 5+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics * 5+ years of experience leading projects **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** * Bachelor's degree or higher preferred * Experience working in Program Management and/or Business Operations **Conflict of Interest:** Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process **D
