Full Job Description

The Sr Business Operations PM for Identity Security and Abuse Prevention team partners closely with the Stores and Business Security leadership teams, driving strategic operations across the organization. This detail-oriented leader will wear many hats, notably head of staff to the team, a thought leader and business partner for the organization. This leader partners with Finance, HR, and administrative teams; and Stores BST Leadership. The Senior Business Operations, PM will assist the in the day-to-day management of business and operations, including resource planning, annual strategic planning, program management, and metrics reporting. The ideal candidate influences successfully at all levels, thinks strategically with a passion for problem solving, is a strong organizer, takes initiative, and operates effectively across many teams. The candidate sees around corners, manages multiple work streams, is biased for action in ensuring the team is set up for success in achieving our goals, and earns trust with individuals across all levels and job families. As the primary role of owner of the organization’s most visible documents and artifacts (e.g., business reviews, annual operating plans, 3-year vision plans). The candidate will partner with the leadership team to develop and drive operational processes (Business Reviews, Finance and Operations, Goal Management), people-driven programs, technical programs (ability to understand complex technology-driven initiatives and programs), communications programs (All-staff meetings, newsletters, internal communications), and a general ownership of the organization’s business cadence.
